The owner Carla ripped me off using my Groupon.  She said I could use it for 2

groomings.  Then when I came in for the second grooming she said it had to all

have been used the first visit.  Now why would I pay $30 or whatever for a $60

groupon if they were going to talk me out of getting a $60 service?  Very

scammy. 

I had bought a second one as a gift...she would only honor it for

half...for my friends dog...and forced me to pay an additional $30 out of

pocket to get my dogs after ripping me off.  I paid a total of $90 (plus tip to the groomer) and the owner ripped me

off for $60 worth of services...people who scam like this do not get far in

hillcrest.

I would go so far as to call her a THIEF. 

Groupon was contacted and agreed she wronged me and refunded

me a partial amount of the money paid ($15)...which is honorable of them when

they are completely unable to protect their clients when the shop owners wrong

someone.  Just do yourself a favor and avoid them...
