This company is so flippin soft in the head! I was a tech that use to use their system to earn a living. I use about three others so they are not going to hurt my income, but get this.

I cancelled a job becuase the vendor wanted me to pay for the material to do a workorder I accepted without realizing I needed to pay for the material. I called the vendor about 15 hours ahead of time and told him I would not do the work because FieldNation takes 10% from my reimbursables, so if he wanted me to do the work order he would need to provide material.

So he complains to Fieldnation, and what do they do? They susspend me from being able to take bids on jobs....!

Ok sounds like I am whinning right...Look they are dummber than a box of rocks because I have like 10 accounts on there system under other names and accounts....LOL

So lets think about this for a minute. The only way FieldNation makes money is if techs do the work because they don't get nothing if the tech makes nothing...ie 10% of 0 is 0....

So by blocking me from making money they blocked themself from making money...Right!

So I bring this to the companies management... and here is the responce....got to love it...!

No one is perfect Sir you are correct.

But we reserve the right not to put up with uncouth language and manner. For your information using the word "handicapped" the way you did is what was enough for me. You will be paid. And I hope someday you realize that the person on the other end of your vile opinon just may be a handicapped person.

Good luck to you in your future.

Hello Arthur Jenkin,

I would like to thank you for this very appropriate email. The entire flow of this whole process has been not only unfair but unlawful. I am hoping for your company’s sake you don’t act hastily. You and this department of yours has done nothing but harass me, you have cause me to lose wages, without warning, and without reason. Your actions are far from professional and for that it alone could cost your company dearly. I have done nothing wrong and did nothing more than ask your company to recover money owed to me for work done. You do nothing to vendors who don’t pay on time but you harass workers like myself because we won’t accept work orders that require us to purchase material for jobs. The only reason the work order that caused me to be removed from your site was because I would not purchase the material for the job. The reason because you take 10% of my reimbursable monies owed! So because of your lack of understanding is why my true customers, the ones I do the work for, move to the other platforms.

If you feel as though you are being a real corporate manager, then you should take the course again. Management of vendors and technical personnel starts with talking to both sides! Then working on a plan to fix issues that arise! You Sir do neither.

Your system is not perfect so you might want to ask yourself what can I do to make it easier on both sides to accomplish the mission!

Good Day!

Get rid of him now. He will still get paid since it has been approved.

Okay George thank you again for your opinions.

We clearly see you never once requested assistance from Field Nation in getting the work order approved.

Had you requested our assistance we would have gladly stepped in but again, you did not, so there was no way for us to know you needed assistance.

That all said as soon as the work order is paid we will terminate your account due to your inability to remain professional while interacting with others.

Thank you and best wishes for the future.

No wonder you company is in the toilet. Read the date completed. Then seen the date approved. Today by the way after having to have your help desk contact them to force them to approve the work order.

This is why I have been taken business away from your platform. You have no understanding of what you’re doing. The Platform is to provide venders with technicians. The dollar value made by your company is based on the technicians doing the work. If the technician of my caliber can’t be found on your platform they go elsewhere…..hence you lose business! I have brought at least 4 venders to another platform and will continue to do so using Examples like this, to explain why they should move.

They types of jobs I see on your platform are changing to the type of work a monkey can do. Hence the pay rate follows. I am quite sure you will soon see that your system is flawed.

Good Luck and I will continue to send you examples just because it I like to think I should help the handicapped.

Not true George, but thank you for your opinion.

It appears the work order has been approved, please let us know if we can assist you with anything else.

As you can see your rules are one sided.

The dumbest part they are sided for the wrong side, that is if your company is trying to make money.

Here is another shining example why your site sucks!

vendors can say that I didn't show up or I canceled 12hrs befor  the job was due to be done and my account gets block so I can accept work.

But vendors can then not pay me or not approve a work orders  weeks after the job is done. and nothing happens to them

and the most ridiculous part is that you don't get paid until they pay me.

fix this
