Do not buy or deal with field trial.com. I originally tried to purchase two pair of boots for my dog for hunting purposes. The boots were ordered off of the website on a Tuesday and I selected over night shipping to have them for sure by that coming Saturdays hunt. I called the companies contact number the next day after I placed the order to be sure it went through as the money was immediately taken out of my account. This greg poole guy answered and assured me he wasnt in the office but would process the order as soon as he got to the office and would call me back. Not only did he not call me back they did not answer when I called him several times.

Saturday came and went and I was still unable to reach the company through email or phone. By this time a week had gone by and I was finally able to reach Greg Poole by phone. At first he tottaly denied I purchased anything from him until I proved it by showing the invoice number on my bank records. He then proceeded to tell me that he didn't recall talking to me about any order and said he never processed the order although he took my money. He was very rude and had an excuse for everything. He made the whole situation out to be my fault and refused to take any blame for the lack of customer service.

Finally after telling him he could make it right by refunding me the 30 dollars for overnight shipping and send me the order he said " its not worth arguing with you over this and hung up on me". I called him back just to tell him to cancel my order and refund my money which he agreed to and then immediately hung up on me. I recieved an email an hour later saying my money was refunded but two days have gone by and Still nothing in my account. Stay away from this company and this shady guy that supposably runs it!!

The customers overnight delievery expectations were not met and his money was fully refunded.     That is our policy at FieldTrial.com.  If a customer is not satisfied we have a 30 day money back guarantee.      We do the best we can to satisfy customers, but occassionally fall short.    When we do, we give a full refund and do our best to take care of the next customer.
