Complaint Review: Fien Such & Crane

Fien Such & Crane filed a foreclosure against my mother with no assignment of mortgage, no endorsement of the note. They had no proof of standing. The bank was also ordered by the CFPB to stop ALL collective actions from 01/01/09 through 10/01/2014, and the lawyers just sat like lying snakes and waited til after 2014 to just carry on with the forecloure and I believe the Judges got paid off or promised something in return to let them go fourth without proof of ownership or to submit a good reason of why the case was dormant for 4+ years and then the were able to pick up where they left of, and the judge denied a motion to dismiss on statue of limitations, a motion to dismiss on lack of standing. If anyone can help it would be very much appreicated, my mother is in her 80's all the stress of this she had a stroke. Things are not looking good for her and do to my own obligations I do not have the means to assist her with money to pay this alleged loan or hire a great attorney to put these pos in thier place.JAIL
