On 13 June 2009, my wife and I bought a used Winnebago C-Class motorhome. Sold "as is" there were a few things that Fife RV agreed (in writing) to provide but have failed to do so. Despite numerous phone calls to our salesman (Brannon McCarthy) and a visit to the manager (Joe Palomarez) we have been blown off. Our impression is that they tell us what we want to hear, then forget about us.

The things they said they would obtain for us are: 1) a replacement gasket for the slide-out; 2) a set of owner's manuals and maintenance records; and 3) license plate tabs (which we paid for). While we love the RV we bought there, we are very dissatisfied by the lack of integrity shown by our salesman and Fife RV management. As of the date of this posting (3 Aug 2009), we still have yet to receive a returned phone call or the promised items.
