I am sick and tired of harrassing phone calls from Fifth Third Bank.  I co-signed on a car loan for my daughter.  If they do not receive or post her payment on the due date, they start calling and saying that she is 2 months behind on her payment.  They say that "the system" automatically adds the next month's payment.  I have literally chewed my daughter out thinking that she was 2 month's behind in her payment when she has already mailed her current payment that is due 5 days prior to it being due.  The amount that the caller said was due was not the amount of 2 month's payments (it was actually less) so I don't know where they are getting their figures.

When we inquire about her account, they will "look" in their system and say "Oh, I see that.  You have made your payment faithfully every month.  Everything is okay."

This month, I personally took her check to the post office and put it in the mail box myself.  They should have received the check before the due date and they started calling at 8:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning.  Granted, she should probably send her payment in probably 10 days in advance, but she was laid off earlier this year and has just recently started back to work.

I will never, ever use this bank again and would not recommend them to anyone.  Also, it would help if their people could speak English or atleast where you could understand what they are saying.
