My granddaughter's car payment was in default. She made arrangements which fell through. My name is also on the account, so I stepped in and made arrangements, too, including a cash payment of all arrears. She was told all her arrangements were cancelled. But, they were not and have attempted to collect from both of us for the same monthly payments. They sent a payment through her bank five times after knowing there were no funds. She didnt pay because I had already paid her bill. And, they refuse to reimburse overdraft fees to her account, refused to let me speak to a supervisor and several employees told me they have no complaint procedures for a third party to review the problem. That is illegal.

Please report your incidents with them and agree to participate in a class action suit. Its our responsibility not to let this happen to other hard working people. This is a nationwide BANK. Imagine how many people are being mistreated! Its up to us to stop this!!
