""therefore the customer is always being misled about funds in thier account, result eveyone never really knows thier REAL TIME BALANCE""

Absolutely correct. ""On-line"" banking is simply another mode of communicating with your bank-similar to writting a letter (although usually much faster.)

NO BANK can guarantee that what is shown to a consumer on line is accurate because NO BANK offers real time information on their consumer websites - it is cost prohibitive to even attempt to offer real time information on a consumer website.

Many, if not all, banks have a disclaimer to this on their websites.

"Fifth Third Bank deliberly does not post accurate day to day, therefore the customer is always being misled about funds in thier account, result eveyone never really knows thier REAL TIME BALANCE"

Who cares what the bank posts for you to read online. It's what your register - that you are suppose to keep - says.
Then, you would know exactly about funds in your account as it is your responsibility to.
You are the one who does not know what their 'REAL TIME BALANCE' is as you do not keep a register. Who is this 'everyone'?
You clearly chose not to keep a register and burn yourself. It is YOUR responsibility to keep track of YOUR money.
