I attempted to Refiance my existing Mortgage with Fifth/Third Bank, for a fixed rate 2.750 Percentt at 10 Years only.

My credit & my Employment history was excellent , yet I was told on the very last day, of Signing, that I wasn't approve for 10 Years, instead they decided, I was being approve for 15 years.

Thus putting me in deeper debt & paying more interest to these crooked Banks.

What kind of Banking institution are they running, these days. It's a disgrace & very unprofessional on these people.

In process of applying, they should have been more Honest & forthcoming on my Loan Process.

Clearly Fifth/Third Bank, like so many Corrupted Banks, are controlled by a Private Offshore Banking Cartel, known as the 'Federal Reserve Bank", which I might add, is Privately Owned by the Global; Elite.

END THE FED.....!

"My credit & my Employment history was excellent"

You just think you are qualified for, and that's your own opinion. It may be excellent to your eyes, but it may not be good enough in their criteria. If you want to know their criteria, ask them for reasons why they decline your qualification. If you don't like the result, then don't accept it.

PS: Keep your political bias out of your post. It does not make your report more valid, but it shows how you come into your own conclusion and make yourself like a fool.

So, what's to keep you from paying the same amount per month...

that you would have on the 10 year loan?

Should come out the same, and if you run into financialdifficulties, you have a fall back amount.

I don't think they set out to Rip you off, but may have just done you a favor.

Have I missed anything here?
