Fifth Third Bank ripoff racist thief Dayton Ohio
My sister in law and I went to Fifth Third Bank and opened a new account and the gentlemen who helped us made a lude comment in the lines of that we were gay. I believe a fraudgulent company got ahold of my account imformation because I have placed an internet order for a cell phone. It seemed like a scam after I submitted my imformation so feeling something was wrong I contacted my bank Fith Third and the Branch as well. Going back into the bank the same lude gentlemen thrown us out basicly because he couldn't help us. Calling the corporate office I recieved no help but the manager was nice but not helpful.
Another incident happened where my niece went into the bank and made a deposit and the bank gave her my account imformation totally disregarding that she had no authority over my account. Also they charged me overdraft fees and my balance is still not accurate. Nothing has been done yet.
