This bank is CRAZY! I went to one of there ATM inside of the grocery store in my town. Stuck my card in the machine, put my code in the machine, told the machine what i need to draw out then the machine tells me that it's having some type of service related problems(Remind you it did not give me ANY CASH) it spits my card out and I take it to the teller and she tells me to use the ATM outside no problem. I go to the outside ATM and it gives me my cash.

Well low and behold the ATM inside took the cash from my account, without giving me the money. my account then got screwed up from there machine problem, i recieved NSF's on some of the things that i paid and there cutomer service said sorry for the mistake, we can reverse one overdraft fee and we can't give you help on the others.

This is the WORST bank in the world! there in business only to take as many $33.00 from there customers, to keep there doors open.

I am a customer service rep for 5/3 and I want to start by apologizing for whoever you talked to over the phone because they didn't give you all the information you needed to get this problem solved. When an ATM machine debits your account and you don't actually recieve the money you need to file a dispute for that amount of money.
You can file a dispute 2 ways, either over the phone through customer service, or by stopping into one of our branches. You will need to send us a letter with the card number, date of the transaction, the amount of the transaction and what happened with your signature. If you go into a branch they can actually print out a letter, you sign it and then they'll fax it over for you. Disputes take 10 business days to get completed (debit cards only, 30 days for credit cards), but any fees incurred would get reversed as well.
I hope you read this and file a dispute because you should definitely get all your money back if there was an error! Good luck!
