One day they would say pending items were taken out of your account. Then 5 days later you'd have a over draft fee. Then they would have some reason why you had that fee.Even though you know it was pending and had been taken out.I've went in to the buildings I just get the run around.Sometimes they credit my account and sometimes they don't.Either way my account seems to get messed up.

Now just recently I had a problem where my ex wrote me a check,we use to both be on the account.I took myself off and he kept the account. I needed some money for something for my brother in Iraq.He wrote me a check for 1,500, at the beging of the month.I put it in at the end of Nov.It got returned, aparently he had someone hack into the account so he closed it and since it was almost empty he figured I cashed it.

So he's getting things together and when he can he'll give me some money.Mean while I owe 5/3 I contacted them as soon as I found out, trying to see if I can make some kind of plan.Twice over the net and they said they can't help me.So I contacted my branch in Willoughby,I told the manager I just got laid off but I still wanted to pay the money back.

I left her my sons # my phone was turned off.She never called back.Icalled again, she said a customer service rep would call me so I left my friends #.she never called, but they did tell me they would not close my account they would just let it gain fees until I paid it off.So now at least 2 wks later I get a letter that I need to pay my account or they might be forced to close it and turn it over to collections. Now it's up almost 200.$ more. It's the only bank I've heard of that would not close an account.I'm still gona pay but I thought I'd share that.
