Fight Fast is a company that offers survival gear and classes or instructions on martial arts/ survival tecniques, etc. I have never bought anything from them in the past. I received an email from them with a offer for a free knife, all I had to do was pay shipping and handling ($9.99), pretty good deal. When you go into their website you put your payment information and proceed to pay for your product, but wait, you are not done yet, here comes a really cool offer for another really cool free product, and your oder is not complete until you take a look at it, the deal is pretty sweet, a really cool survival tool and some dvd self defense classes or something similar, the page does not mention any costs whatsoever, shipping or otherwise for the offer, while at the same time you think you are just browsing the offer you click continue and another amazing "free" offer appears, you go through the same process, take a look at it, it all seems pretty cool, but same deal here, no charges of any kind are shown anywhere.

So you click continue thinking that you are going to be taken to a preview or review page so you can verify the charges $, your address, your payment info, etc, like any other decent company website out there does, you know what I mean, you always, always get to review you charges before you click submit payment.

Ahhh, but not Fight Fast, oh no, they do not. A new page opens up with a receipt, telling you that you have already been charged for the initial product, in my case the knife ($9.99), then another receipt below this one for $199.99!!!! for the first "free"" offer!!! Then another receipt below this one for $129.00 for the second "free" offer!!! you feel like WTF?? you look around the page confused to see if this is a review page, but no, now it is in plain black and white, a receipt for all the charges they have taken out of your payment method. There is no link anywhere in the page to call or cancel the order. You start to freak out for the fact that you just got scammed for almost $350.00 for some bullshit DVDs and some cheap survival trinkets.

You do receive some emails pretty quick detailing all the charges for each individual purchase, at the bottom it has the company's physiscal address, email, phone number and web address. you call the 1-800 number and you never get to talk to a live person, only a recording, you get re-directed to the returns and "cancellations" line, you listen to a new recording telling you that this company does not allow cancellations, that you have to wait to until you receive your stuff, then return it and then you will receive your refund. You are left there dumbfounded not knowing what to do.

I also sent a couple of very angry emails to the email address provided and I'm currently waiting on an answer.

I called my bank to make a report of fraudulent charges and to stop payment of this scam, my bank is usually pretty good about this but since the charges are only pending for the moment there is nothing I can do, I have to wait until the charges go through then I can take action if I don't hear from Fight Fast.

I have gone looking throught the web for reviews about Fight Fast and I ahve found dozens of people that were scammed or ripped off in the same manner, some for less, some for more, but there are dozens of case out there.

Thank you for listening.

I think that people complaining about this company are obviously oblivioius to what it is they do.  I have been buying their knives for over a year now.  I have had nothing but excellent service and have NEVER been charged anything that I wasn't supposed to.  Anytime you sign up with company or service, it is always important to read over the terms so you know what to expect.  If you don't, and something happens, that is the indivudual's fault and not the company.  This is especially true when signing up with a credit card.  Use some common sense that you were given and make sure you know what you are doing and getting into.  I have bought about tne knives and a dvd from them, and all of excellent quality, and I was NEVER charged more than they promised. I will continue to shop there as they have some great products and recourses.

I ordered a DVD. The offer was free, just pay 7.95 shipping. The next day a 97 dollar charge appears that I did not authorize. I contact TEA and they say I can't cancel the charge, I will have to wait until the item arrives, and ship it back on my dime. I will never order from this company again and caution everyone to avoid them completely.

Wow! That sounds like an absolute nightmare! I have only ordered from this company once a year and a half ago. I got a free lockpick set with an accompanying DVD demonstrating how to pick several styles of locks for shtf survival all I had to do was pay S&H ... I had the option to also accept a survival DVD as well I think for$9.99 or $14.99 with additional S&H. Next I was shown other items that may have interested me and they did but I figured this was my first order from them so I would just see how it all went..

So I declined any further offer and just selected the checkout option, have my credit card info and in about six days my items showed up at my house. There were no over charges or anything that would be considered scam type practices.. I am sorry that you experienced such a crazy order but the reason I am throwing my two cents in here is because I plan to make another purchase from them The Ultimate Bad a*s Course. First month free then if I wish to continue$9.99 a month if not just send an email to support@fightfast.com and select cancel.

As a teen I spent 9 years studying Korean martial arts but due to a bad motorcycle accident and the fact that I am 52yrs old now I am just looking to add some more tricks to my black bag of self defense tactics simply because our world is getting crazier than bat sh*t and if I am ever in a situation where I find myself having to defend myself or my loved ones before I jerk my Glock. 45 and serve up a triple tap of a real a real bad day to some idiot I would prefer to just neutralize the thug leaving him with his life rather than take his life with a firearm,

and in spite of being prepared to take a life to save my own or my loved ones I prefer it not be done with a gun if I don't have too. There are six other complaints here about fight fast and I honestly think that there is just an oversight to terms of use or the add to cart/checkout button. As I said I have only dealt with them one time and my experience was just as it should have been. I hope that you get this goof up worked out with them cuz I give them an A rating for service, integrity and on time delivery. Good luck!

I took up their 5N1 offer and only had to pay for the shipping cost of the knife. The extra charges are offers that come up after you accept the shipping charge for your free knife. If you read the ads that follow, they clearly state the price for those special offers. Only way to get charged is by hitting the big red "Yes" buttons.
