I looked for a specific softwere. By google search i found that the softwere could be getten from www.FileFortune.com. So i opened the webesite, and i found that i provided a 3 days trial for only $4.87. On 12/6/2008 i opend a account. I was given three member ID for megadownloadpass, bookmark and Discount Video Pass respectively. When i logged in, i could not find the software, and later i tried to cancel my account, i could not get confirmation email. They already charged me over 20 dollars. Now i closed my credit card account. The following website is about their customer service.

All are the same. I guess that they are operated by same person or company. They did very bad things to rip off your money. Their phone# are 1-877-532-1601,1-888-532-1682, 1-877-532-1637 respectively. If you call them, you will never get response. I would like to know who can punish him (her) or it.
