Filister Enterprises; The Negligent Landlord Filister Enterprises is one of most negligent landlord firm Ripoff Fridley Minnesota
I lived in the Filister Enterprises apartment complex at 2610 Fremont Ave S, Minneapolis, MN from Fall 2000 to Spring 2004, in a studio on the third floor. What should I say about this residence building?
1) There were no trash chutes in their building, and I had to walk my garbage down from the second floor to the basement to dispose it.
2) There were all-time water troubles at that apartment. When I turned the tap on to use hot water, the water was hot during first 10 minutes, no more, and then it suddenly became warm, then, and then it rapidly became cold; then it again became hot, in an instance of time. It seems they have the poorest water system in the world. The air conditioners were absent, making it a harsh task to breathe in the apartment in the summer.
3) As compensation for that, the apartment management offered stinky $50. A copy of that tremendous letter may be found on Filister Enterprises' unofficial website: filisterunofficial.tripod.com. FYI, this website provides much additional information about this "cool" landlord firm.
That is one of most negligent manners that I ever observed in landords in my entire life.

Trash Chute? The air conditioners were absent?

Aside from the water, your other 2 complaints are really your own fault.
"There were no trash chutes in their building, and I had to walk my garbage down from the second floor to the basement to dispose it."
Wasn't that something you knew about moving it? I assume they didn't have a trash chute when you moved in and suddenly removed it right?
"The air conditioners were absent"
Again, I'm guessing you looked at the place BEFORE you rented right? Or you at least asked about air conditioning being in the unit?
