I ordered a DVD on 22 August using my credit card.  I got an immediate email receipt from Film-Classics for $20.90.  My bank record shows they got their money on 24 August.

On  17 September my email inquiry came back from yahoo.mail: "FAILURE NOTICE"--undeliverable.  How do I get the money back into my bank account?  Do I need to put a tracer from my bank?
