Their overprice vacume doesn't suck. I have to get the screwdriver out each time I have to use it. It clogs badly. It doesn't pick up pet hair like the salesman said. I could not care if it cleans the air the floors is want I need clean. Stay away.

Had the service come by the house to fix the machine. Still Clogs. He never replace a missing screw and was not helpful. This is vac would make a great boat anchor. If you like to get dust all over the house and mess on the floors get this vac. Have filed a complaint with the AG in Michigan. This is a complete rip off.
