Fina's Cakes Refuses to Refund Orlando Florida
This report is to make people aware that they refuse to refund a deposit. I ordered a cake less than a week ago for and event two months away. Within the week I made the deposit the cake plans changed and I called in to cancel the order and recieve a refund. They refuse to refund the deposit! -James B.
