This company is a recovery company who reposeses cars and they do things illeagaly and have outrages prices. First thing is we fell behind do to injury and had them come to a friends house where the car was and repo it without any notification of who they were or nothing. Plus tresspassed on private land that is mark but when we realized it we walked out the door to get her keys for work and they didmt even have the kindness to allow her to at least get that. She would have given them the key and ended up charging a $150 for a key.

They say they had cut which we have not seen since we got the car back but its better yet then we caught them pulling the car down the highway at 90mph which due to gps we have in car have evidence of it and at that speed who knows what damage it caused. Then we psyed the finace company what was required to get car back which with fee was over 3000.00 and the finace company notified them at 4:30 the same day we payed them to release the car to us.

So the following day we called to set up appointment to go get car and were told car was sent on truck to auction that morning at 9am which was after the car had already been released and they were notified and when we called them out on it the person we talked to had the nerve to laugh about it being sent evan know it was realsed to us the prior day and were ignorant ans very unbussiness like and need to be investigated.

Typical Subprime script...

You followed the typical "Subprime" script almost to a perfect fit...Congratulations.

"Oh poor me I fell behind because of (some reason), and they had the nerve to Repo the car without even telling me in advance. They damaged the car and charged me an outragous amount to get the car back. Oh...and I paid them all of these fees as soon as they repoed the car."

Let me break this down for you.

NO company is going to tell you that they are going to reposess the car, because if they did you would hide it. You are an adult, they should NOT have to threaten you with a Repo to get you to pay.  Perhaps you were already hiding it by having it at a "friends" house.  They have every right to enter onto private property per the contract YOU signed..marked or not.  In general they can not "break the peace". So if they did something like broke into a locked garage..that may be an issue. But if the garage door is open..fair game.  If the car was just in a driveway, again fair game.

The big problem is that the fact is you did have the money to pay them, you just didn't WANT to pay them. How do I know this? Well isn't it amazing how quickly you got the money to pay to get the car back AFTER they took it. Did this money just appear out of thin air 15 minutes after the reposessed it? NO you had access to it before.  You just gambled that you could hold off paying them as long as you could, but in the end you lost the gamble.

Just imagine how much more money you would have if you actually paid them when you were supposed to.  Just imagine how much grief you could have saved yourself if you paid them when you were supposed to.

The only RipOff here is one you did to yourself.
