Complaint Review: Finally free

I ordered a hair removal system for my wife. However, after reading 178 complaints against them from the BBB, I called costumer service and asked to cancel my order. It was $170 and literally 5 minutes after I placed the order! They said it would take 6 to 8 weeks and they would only refund $99.... I said you are joking right she said no! and indicated herself it wasn't fair or appropriate but that's there policy! I said ripping off people and charging a fee for an order that hasn't even shipped or cleared my bank is your policy? This warrants a $71 charge? She said just don't cancel.(un****ing believable!!!!) I'm sure I'm number 6001 of 6000 others they have scammed? If it was more money and worth my time, I would sue them or drag them through court!
