Complaint Review: financial acquisition agency

i have been received this scam several times from financial acquisition agency stating that i have won 2,536,092.23 and all i have to do is send in 20.00 for a processing fee,now there is no phone number and also i have not played any lottery pertaining this rip-off,by this place having a return address the police in miami really needs to be notified pertaining this scam,never send money to anyone and also check them out on line,never send a check or personal information
