Financial Alternatives, through a well publicized TV ad, solicited for a bi-weekly deposit of about $72.00 until the full amount of a pre-determined cost of a computer is reached, from subcribers as payment for a Computer, Printer, Fax machine and other accessories.

Financial Alternatives collected a total sum of $2027.48. from my bank account and refused to deliver the oerder/merchandize under the pretext that they were upgrading their factory. as i make this complaint, not even one item has been shipped to me.

This is what Tanya of customer service, Financeial Alternatives wrote to me via email on May, 8 2007:

Good afternoon, Daniel. I'm sorry it has taken so long to reply. Your account right now is paid in full. You have paid in a total of $2027.48.
Once the computer has been shipped and we have received receipt of delivery, then we can send out a paid in full letter to you. I have reviewed your account regarding shipping. Unfortunately, the delay is still in effect.
With that being said, the updated information on your account is that you will be receiving your shipment approximately within the next 120 days from
May 1. We are doing everything we can to get the merchandise out as fast as possible. Please accept our apologies for the delay and we thank you in
advance for your patience during this time. Have a great day.

All that I want is either the delivery of the order for computer and accessories or a refund of my money ($2027.48)
