I read that once a creditor is told that they are forbidden to call someone at an unusual place, which is my place of business, they are no longer allowed to call and they strike the number off their call list.  These guys repeatedly call my place of business and request to talk to my human resources manager even though they won't state what they are calling about.  When told that they weren't allowed to contact this office any longer they kept demanding to talk to other people in the office and were extremely mean on the phone.

It's already embarrassing enough to have these creditors call but the amount of times they call and their inability to take no for an answer (even though they no the law supposedly).  I get 10-15 calls a day on my cellphone and another several a day at my place of business.  I am barely making my rent and have used up my forbearance and spent the last couple of years just scraping by and somehow I'm supposed to be able to come up with several hundred dollars a month to pay these guys.  Really I just want them to stop calling my work because I'm not going to be more able to pay them if I am unemployed.
