Financial Asset Managment Systems Ripoff dishonest terms Norcross Georgia
I was in agreement with Terrance Liles of Financial Assets to settle for 564.25 of my bill with cingular wireless, which was bogus to begin with. I only owed 198.00 for 2 months service. He lied and at one point told me that the only way to pay was over the phone with a check. After reading the letter and confronting him on this, he renigged this statement. After several conversations he said if I paid 270.00 this month, I could pay the rest next month. I paid 270.00 on the 17th through Western Union and now on the 21st got a nasty call from them.
Now they are saying I need to pay them now, not when I get paid again. Do not believe a word they tell you. They will not stand by their agreements.
