My husband received a phone call about a Platinum Visa with a credit line of $2000. He was told to have $299 in our savings account by October 17, 2003. The money was withdrawn from our savings account on that date.

He was told on the phone that he would receive his "credit card" in 10 to 15 business days. After numerous times of trying to get through at 1-866-933-0338, we were finally told that 10 to 15 business days would have put us at November 15, 2003...I don't think so.

Anyway, we finally received a packet on November 20, 2003 and there was a letter in there saying that if the entire packet was mailed back the full amount of $299 would be credited back to our account in 10 days. I put delievery confirmation on this package and they received it November 24, 2003 @9:54 a.m.

This is now December 18, 2003 and the money is still not back in our account.
