Financial Benefits ripoff credit card fraud Champlain New York
This company promised me a credit card and I recieved a benefit package instead. I have called this company several times and they keep giving me the run around. They have been very rude and not helpful at all. I have reported this company to the BBB twice, FTC, and the New York Attorney General. The company did call me and write me in February 2004 telling me I was recieving
a refund within 5-7 business days. Never recieved it. The BBB said they could only report my 2nd complaint on their website.
I have 2 letters from Financial Benefits to the BBB stating that I did recieve my refund. I have not. If you can, please help me.
