Complaint Review: Financial Credit Service

I lived in the state of MISSOURI, during the periods these are stated, I have requested the address the electric was billed from and have not received a response. I have W-2 forms and records of my mailing address for the past 12 years.

I mailed a letter on April 07, 2005 requesting information on the $841.69 showing that I owed. I sent them addresses going back to 1989. I have worked at the same company for 13 years and can prove my residents. I have no amounts past due. I moved to ILLINOIS. 7 years ago and lived at the same address until this past July?

They are mailing my exhusband this bill and he lives in Yakima Washington. He has never lived in IL. and we have been divorced for 11 years? Please help.
