Complaint Review: Financial Crisis Grant

This company offered on line help for getting goverment grant and asked for credit card number to pay for postage. If I remember correctly they promissed to send some CD. Then it was information about charging $79.95 for monthly membership. At this point I stopped filing their form and turn off there web page. It was on 02/25/2009.

Nevertheless on 03/08/2009 they charged my account $79.95 for "monthly membership". I never entered their web site and never get anything from them.

When I saw the charge on my monthly statement (03/31/2009) I called them, cancel this "membership" and asked for full refund. I was given address for sending written request for refund.

On 04/11/2009 I got a letter send to my address but for some reason addressing unknown to me Diane Kwitnicki and saying that I (or rather she) had to cancel "membership" in first 7 days after sign up to be eligible for refund.

I never did sign up.
