Banks charge a lot of money as fees like "late fee","overdraft fee" etc.

This becomes substantially high compared to the money in the account and amount borrowed.

Added to that Banks dont give copies of bank-accountholder contract to the accountholder to

later review what they have signed.

This is a rip-off, customers are forced to sign on contracts to open accounts and they dont have copies neither electronic nor paper.

This makes people afraid to open simple bank accounts.

Account holders give themselves overdraft fees because they don't keep written records with an on-going running balance then and only then using the card if the on-going running balance supports the debit.  Overdraft fees are 100% avoidable but not if someone is too lazy to keep records.

Late fees on loans or credit cards are also 100% avoidable by being a responsible adult and paying your bills on time. Your bubble has been burst.  No grow up!
