We heard an ad on the radio for the NCC about helping with large debt.Due to illness and slow work our credit card bills were over $60,000. They were very nice and said they could help - someone would call us back. They made it sound great! They fed-exed us a contract and were told to return it as soon as we could.

We were dumb and didn't understand what we had done. Financial Rescue Services is a part of the National Consumer Council who wants to help get people out of debt.(yeah, right) They put us further in the hole. They did settle 2accts. for about 30% of what we owed.

They did not send copies of medical problems to the creditors, they did not return calls from lawyers, they just sat back and collected our money. From what they settled our debt should have been about $44,000-but it was $57,000(thank you again FRS)

We were taken advantage of when we were down and out. I don't see how these people can sleep at night. During the nearly 2 years we were with FRS they collected over $6,000 in "fees".
One of our creditors took out civil papers, that's when I "fired" them.

I did manage to get back over $400 from them but they didn't do enough to earn $100 as far as I'm concerned.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM FRS AND THE NCC
