Based on the information I gathered, I knew he was headed to Richmond, Virginia. I did not mention it here at Rip-off.com, because there was not enough viable proof. Now you are the proof I was looking for. The number provided is for more specifically: Division Consumer Protection Virginia Office of Consumer Affairs, Richmond, Virginian 23219--804-786-2042. If you have the patience this site has a lot of information on Financial Resources Unlimited under keywords: Financial Resources Unlimited, FRU or in categories: mail order services, Home based business and Employment Services. Your bosses name is Mr. Mark Shelton Owner/President, phone: (708) 431-6800. I have not tried this number, but it belongs to him according to www.chicago.bbb.org. You may also consider confiding in your own post master, to steer you in the right direction. Another option would be to fill out a complaint form with the United States Postal Inspectors, who are an independent Federal Law enforcement division, separate from the post office itself. Their web site is: www.usps.com. They have a zip code locater to help you find any other post office addresses and inspectors you might need. Your boss has given responces/rebuttals to Rip-off.com. You may want to review what he has to say, by reviewing all reports. Whatever you have access to at Rip-off.com, he's had access to--so be sure and get some help. Don't-go-it alone. Here are some additional Doing-Business-As-Names your boss is associated with: SMS, Supreme Mailing Inc., Supreme Mailing Services. Additional addresses: 120 Broadview Village Sq. #445, Broadview, IL, 60153, 700 Frontage Rd, Burr Ridge, IL, 60527, 106 W Calendar Court-#315, LaGrange, IL 60524. These are just a few. These are NOT physical addresses. Most are just maildrops, the equivalent of post office boxes. Here are some other numbers: 603-655-3150, 708-808-5182, 630-306-4700, 708-236-0600, 630-655-4099. I have not tried any, but they may come in handy, when you report to the proper authorities. Some look like cell phone numbers, but it is a fact that the "708" is an Illinos area code. He has repeatedly FAILED to substantiate his claims. This according to the Chicago bbb. All of this information is legally available to the public. The man knows about this site, and does not care. There is a strong possibility you may not receive a refund, but at the least you can try. Hope this helps.
