Financial Solutions, Book on Federal Government Grants ripoff scam *UPDATE ..I sincerely apologies for the mixup
I ordered a book called Grant Programs on March 7, 2001 and as of today March 19, 2001 I have not received anything. They gave me a web site to check the status of my order and it still says pending.
I e-mailed them to ask where my book is but they have not anserwed as of yet. I have a catalog receipt that I printed out showing that they have charged my credit card but the receipt on shows a subtotal of $39.95 there is no total.
The e-mail address I used to order the book is sales@federal-government-grants.com. The address to send e-mail is the same. My order number is #IBC48962244.Sould you need any other information please e-mail me @ KMC226@aol.com. Thanks Kim Carroll

We have issued the Kim Carroll a full refund after I was notified that she didn't recieve her book, I am also sending her a free copy of our grant book for her troubles.

I sincerely apologies for the mixup with the delivery of your package. I have spoken with our delivery and sales department and was informed of the problem with the shipment and the lack of attention regarding your email.
Please rest assured that I have spoken with the staff in regards to customer service ethics and this will NOT happen again.
