Complaint Review: Financing Alternatives Inc.

My family heard of this company on a commercial on televison. We desprately wanted a computer so we took advantage of this offer. We through we would see our computer but as a year passed we wondered.

Our funds began to run low so we decided to decline our agreement with the company. They didnt want to lose us as customers so they lowered our payments. We keep wondering when we would see our computer.

we agreed to their terms and our account was activated on June 24, 2004. They began to withdraw payments August 16,2004. We though we would see our computer in a mader of months.

2 years have passed and going on three since our account for a new computer started. Haven't really heard from the company but they have continued to withdraw money from our account. Our final payment was to be August 1, 2005 but we have yet to have seen this computer.
