Complaint Review: Financing Alternatives Inc./PCSforall

Financing Alternatives is a scamming company! They took my money for this "great" computer deal and never sent my computer!

After e-mailing this company and calling this company on numerous occaisons they have NOT responded to any of my messages. Now when you call the companies number an automated message states that the call cannot be completed at this time.

I am really upset about this company because when I was able to speak to a "customer service representative" they always told me that they shipment was on backorder because of "technical" difficulties within the company.

When I asked for a refund I was continually hung up on.
