Find & Rent Once money is in their hand, your forgotten. Salt Lake city, Utah
I was a walk-in customer and was greeted by a leasing agent Brandon Simms. I explained my situation, that I needed a place to rent. I was told that it shouldn't be a problem finding me an apartment or something similar. I gave Mr. Simms, $465.00 as a deposit and was told a refund would be given back to me if I was denied the apartment.
Brandon didnt call me until three days later after I had tried to contact him through his office numerous times. The front of the building states a 48 hr. approval. It has now been one week and still no improvements in my current situation. I feel as though I was told anything to get my cash in their hands.
Mr Simms has been very rude and un-cooperative during this process. I just wanted a refund, but was told I cant have one until I have been denied. My situation calls for immediate action, but I am stuck waiting with no options, because I havnt been denied yet. I am very frustrated with the lack of compassion and assistance from this company.
