Complaint Review:
Findley Toyota
took truck in for service at 7:00am on 7-24-2012. They called at 4:30 pm and had to order a part. They called on 7-25-2012 at 11:00 am said thr truck was ready. We picked it up drove it home and the same problem was still happening only now it wont even start. Had to call a tow truck to tow it back to toyota. They called at 4:00 pm and said truck was fixed again. Drove it home the next morning the truck was doing the same thing.I called to speak to a manager , Noah 2 times left a message, he never returned my call, only the service rep. The situation was never resolved, and we took it some where else to be repaird. We have been loyal customers with Findley Toyota for 13 years, our relationship is over.They have lost my trust and business.
