They charge a lot and ship broken parts and never refund or replace part. They seem to be changing names quite a lot (to hide their mis-deeds). Buyer Beware.

11/7/05. Ordered mirror for 1986 Lincoln (Invoice # 65135) from FindPart.com via phone. Received part 11/17/05. Part was completely broken and looked it was broken for a long time. Initiated calls to Findpart to get replacement. After about 10 calls and emails, I started logging notes on calls.
12/19/05 08:30: Called Find Part again. Sales 1-877-231-9908 Warranty 518-583-4125 . Talked with a gentleman that transferred me to Christine. Christine called the actual parts shipper (Williams? Bingle.. in Tx). Christine called me back. She says UPS will be picking up part tomorrow (12/20/05). Shw wants me to get the tracking number. Please call Cristine with tracking # and she will refund money. (They never picked up part)
12/23/05 12:34: Called Find Part again. Talked with Mel. Briefly updated on my issue and provided my invoice# (65135). She is checkingShe'll ask Christina to get the credit paperwork done. She is understaffed today so it might not get done today but she'll get it done. (Never called or anything)
1/09/2006 Received voicemail from Linsy? She asked us to ship the mirror back to Find Parts and then they'll credit us.

1/11/06 11:30 AM: Left Voicemail for Christine saying they have not followed thru on any statement they have made so I'm not willing to invest any more money in the product until they credit me some money., ext 208/210
1/11/06 11:39 AM: Talked with Linsy at extension 210. She suggested leaving a voice mail for Christine again. I explained I've already left Christine many voicemails which never get call backs. She seemed like she was transferring me to someone but I was hung up instead.
1/18/06 9:13AM: Talked with Owner (for a second) and he passed me to an oriental sounding person . She then passed me back to him. He yelled at her for passing it back to him so she took my information and will have someone call me back.
