Complaint Review: Findthatmoney.com

Company promises that hey have a database of investors and venture capitalist firms that you can post your request and people will reply.  I would not been upset if I got no replys to my post, especially in this economy!!

Reality is though, I immediatley received 2 requests which was shocking and a little odd.  I logged in to read the requests...both of them very general but both expressed interest in my post.  I came to find out that you can not respond to them unless you upgrade your membership.  This first upgrade is $149.00.  Seems harmless, I upgraded, and I was able to respond, in which I did, but I also wanted contact information. This was another upgrade....

At this point my scam radar went off so I googled them, to find out  that 100's of people off the web have similar complaints.  I contacted the company that took my web payment www.2checkout.com and I also contacted www.findthatmoney.com.  The payment company was non chalant about it, must be involved with scam!!  and the website never responded to 3 emails.

I am going to charge back my credit card today!!!
