Complaint Review: Fine Art America

Fine Art America did not ship the mounting hardware for a painting I purchased from them. When I contacted them about it, they blamed not shipping the mounting hardware on me. Chicago Illinois

Fine Art America did not ship the mounting hardware for a painting I purchased from them. When I contacted them about it, they blamed not shipping the mounting hardware on me. It was my fault because I waited too long to notify them that parts were missing. when I requested to speak with a supervisor, my requests were simply ignored.
