In late January, I bought a 1999 BMW 328is on eBay from FineCarsUSA. The car was advertised as - "Runs and drives perfectly. No issues or stories just a very well maintained BMW." Within 24 hours of taking possession of the car I noticed it wasn't shifting right. Several mechanics later (I have documentation from AAMCO Transmissions) I now know the transmission needs rebuilt which will cost in the $3000 neighborhood. Moe and FineCars refused to pay for the damages and have been rude and threatening and have left ME bad feedback on eBay. Presumably the fact that I haven't taken being cheated without an argument makes me a "difficult transaction".

In addition to this, the tires are mismatched and badly worn (advertised as being matched Hankook brand), the spare tire is the most worn of all and it was advertised as being in "never used condition", I had to replace the brakes within weeks of receiving the car, and the a/c and heat blower only works intermittently - usually just blowing very weakly.
