Complaint Review: Fine Homes Real Estate - Robert Grin

Run, don't walk away, from Robert Grin (real estate agent & pre-construction builder from Toronto). We bought a pre-construction home off of him in 2019. He was full of promises and very slick in his attitude. Sadly we bought his sales pitch & purchased the home; agreed to move in before it was finished. We moved into our home with his promise to finish off all construction and deficiencies.

Left piles of dirt & debris on our property. 8 months later after we called him 100's of times, no response. Left us with an unbuilt home and completely unresponsive. I am so worried that someone else will do busienss with this individual. I see from the other reports here that we are not alone. Please do your research before you hire this person for ANY reason.
