Complaint Review: FIngerHut - Axsys National Bank

I have the same story as the others. Axsys National Bank definitely is bigtime ripoff financial company.

Also inspite of the fact that I've asked them to close the account and give me a fixed repayment plan for the balance, they continue to charge me interest and penalities and just growing and growing.

They gave me a credit limit of $500 and inspite of paying the minimum on time, my balance now has balooned to $896.00 almost twice of my credit line...

Also, they do not update their reports to the credit bureaus. Let's all unite and put a stop to this ripoff company and have them sanctioned by Department of Consumer Affairs or FTC for violations on fair credit act and debt collection practices act.
