FingerHut Axsys National Bank ripoff St Cloud Minnesota
They show a 0 balance on my credit report, showing the account was closed on 7/01, but give me the poorest credit rating possible. They stopped sending me statements, but I continued to make monthly payments and have recently found out that I have a credit balance of $217.00, but can't get a response from them. I have faxed them and tried to call and still get no response.

I req this acct to be closed 4 yrs ago. There is no way to contact them. Its obvious that this is done as a stalling tactic. I have my credit report showing 0 bal. I guess the attorney will just have to bill fingerhut for my time and his since there is no way to cantact them directly. I want the acct to be reported as closed as I wanted it 4 yrs ago. And no arizona you dont have sloe juristiction over this because i'm not a resident of your state and the incident didnt take place there.
