Complaint Review: fingerhut credit account services

I had fallen on hard times and got behind on my bill by mistake thinking i had already made the bill, than i keep getting calls and didn"t understand why or what was going on....I finally got put on a payment plan so i could get this bill totally paid and get these folks of my back...only to find out that they have been adding a late fee every month so that no way in hell am i going to get them paid off i ask to speak to supervisor and finally got one (he was extremely rude) he said i am taking you off of the payment plan and billing you even higher interest for being late ... what kind of crap is that???? is their no justice in the world for us lil people??? I think not they are in control not our goverment ...
