I attempted to make a purchase after having problems with their web site and got a person that could not comprehend information or speak english very well. I see why all these companies hire these illegals so they can get away without paying a good fair wage, but the consumer takes the brunt of their incapabilities.

I tried to get the correct info to them and had to repeat myself over and over again. I even asked for a supervisor which was no better than the service worker.... Why has America let their service go so bad to save a buck make more profit.... This is america speak english or get out.......Will never do business with them again.....

I don't know for sure what Fingerhut does but most companies that have non-english speaking people answering phones do it by routing the calls to another country.  The people are native speakers but they are not in the United States.  They are not illegals.

Another question would be:  Are you saying that if a person does not speak perfect English that they are illegal? That seems like a leap in logic to me.
