Fingerhut FINGERHUT not reporting returns to my account, Minnesota

Fingerhut is horrible at updating accounts when items are returned, had to call many times to ask why am I being charged for a returned item.  Customer Service rep stated sometimes it takes them a long time to get that information.  Almost every product was defective, cheap and WAY OVER priced.

If you return an item on your own, the price is cheaper than what Fingerhut is charging, this is crazy.

When I refused to pay for an item I did not have, then I got numerous threatening phone calls from them.  

To this day they have not credited my account and now I am being sued, this is crazy.

Avoid this company at all cost.  OH and opening an account to build your credit is a joke people, this company does not report to the credit bureaus!  Only once they sue you.
