Fingerhut FRAUDULENT CHARGE,OPENED ACCOUNT ILLEGALLY,REPORTED THIS FRAUDULENT CHARGE TO MY CREDIT St. Cloud, Minnesota
We were in the process of trying to buy a home when we discovered that Metabank(FINGERHUT) had reported a charge on my husbands credit. When we contacted Fingerhut about this they did not seem concerned and were unwilling to help. My husband informed them that he did not purchase nor recieve anything from them. The confusing part is that they claimed they mailed it to our address in May but we didnot move to the address till the middle of August. You talk about a joke, FINGERHUT is a joke of a company. We do not know how fingerhut got ahold of my husbands information to illegally open an account. We are desperately trying to get this negative mark off my husbands credit report... CONSUMERS BE AWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND IS A RIPOFF..APPARENTLY THEY CAN DO BUSINESS ILLEGALLY AND GET AWAY WITH IT
