Complaint Review: Fingerhut

Fingerhut I bought a 5 pc dinette set and the glass top never came, inspite of me spending 2 mths talking to many reps,supervisors,who all had no clue what was happening and now they want to charge me shipping charges, that I feel I dont owe because of the mess they did with this order. No one bothered to find out about the glass piece that never arrived. For all I know the pc was stolen and they want to charge me! Saint Cloud Internet/ Minnesota

I BOUGHT FROM FINGERHUT 2 MONTHS AGO, A 5 PC DINETTE, AND THE GLASS TOP FOR IT NEVER CAME, AND I HAVE SPENT ALL THIS TIME TALKING TO REPS AND SUPERVISORS BUT NO ONE SEEMED TO KNOW ANYTHING....FOR TWO MONTHS.  I AM AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER AND I DONT DESERVE THIS!  I SPENT TWO MONTHS TALKING TO THESE REPS AND SUPERVISORS AND THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING, THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND IT NEVER DID, WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT, THEY SAID IT WAS DISCONTINUED FOR TWO MONTHS I FEEL LIKE THEY ALL LIED TO ME!  AND  STILL ON TOP OF THIS I STILL AM A GOOD CUSTOMER!  THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!
