Complaint Review: Fingerhut

Fingerhut I purchased a Kitchen Aid Mixer for my wife for $300, only $200 at Wal Mart, but thatw as not issue. Also lego toy, no problem with that. Minnesota

I purchased a Kitchen Aid Mixer for my wife for $300, only $200 at Wal Mart, but thatw as not issue. Also lego toy, no problem with that. I never received bills or return label to return kitchen aid. Contacted Fingerhut numerous times for them to send me return label so i could buy kitchen aid at wal mart and return fingerhut item, also asked for copy of bill.  over a month passed and no bill no label, Just over 50 phone calls at all hours from fingerhut collections, usually no one on line, silence, then quick busy. The few times someone was on other end. They spoke indistinguishable english  and would not listen to my complaint. I contacted CFO Mike Waganer office. I left messages and customers ervice sent me return address label and was told that 30 days expired and i would be contacted if i had to be responsible for return shipping. People in Dept talked over me and were rude and unprofessional. I am currently partially disabled, have no car and am expected to carry box to location to be shipped. also i am not entitled to any restitution for being harassed by collections ata ll hours with hangups. Fingerhut corporate is saying taht i did revieve too many calls, but glitches in computer system happens so it is not their fault for plus 50 calls even sundays at 8am with no one on the line, as many as 5 in a day
