Fingerhut Identity theft, merchandise to different state, did not order St. Cloud Minnesota

On or about January of 2014 I ordered a exercise equipment, a little over $215.00 total, in march I recieved my payment statement and the payment was only $15.00 but I paid $25.00.

The next month I recieved my statement and it was approx. $1800.00 balance. They accepted an order which I did not place or authorize anyone else to use my account, ther customer service is worthless.

I filed a police report for identity theft and sent a copy to Fingerhut after there sorry customer service said they had investigated this and will continue billing me for the $1800.00 balance! Worlds greatest liars no doubt.

They turned me into the credit bureau which really screw up my credit score.

They did finally remove this charge from my account after almost 6 months but the damage has been done

to my credit score, they never once called me to let me know that the removed the charges!

The are the sorriest company I have ever dealt with so please stay as far away from these gangsters as possible.
